Just as my sculpture is a union of my love for the Earth and my fascination with people, so Liturgical Art is a result of my own creative energies and faith expressed in praise and gratitude to God, the only Artist who ever truly created an original work. I approach each commission as a visual prayer and as such, I spend time in prayer and meditation before I proceed with the design. In no sense are these works of "decoration", but rather are works of art meant to underline and augment the church's liturgical events and in every way to give to God alone the glory. |
